Brian Silus has over 20 years of experience in corporate tax.  This experience includes 7 years at a Fortune 500 medical device company, 2 of those years focused exclusively on transfer pricing; 2 years at a regional bank focused exclusively on tax legislation, research, planning, and audit defense; 4 years at mid-sized multinational companies, and 4 years being the sole tax resource at smaller but growing companies, where he thrived at both seeing the big picture and also working through the details.  Brian has a passion for driving business success via tax savings, process improvements and efficiencies, and effectively managing both budget and risk.  

Brian was an International Management major at Gustavus Adolphus College before attending William Mitchell College of Law.  He subsequently obtained his Master of Business Taxation degree at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
